ManTech is currently seeking experienced professionals for the Air Force Nuclear Weapons Center at Hill Air Force Base-Ogden, Utah. This will be supporting the Integration Support Contract (ISC) 2.0. Intercontinental Ballistic Missile (ICBM) weapon systems.

Your Opportunity:

Junior Facility Operations Manager


• Manages facility vehicle fleet maintenance

• Oversees and performs routine, day-to-day facilities operations and maintenance

• Assists experienced employees with minor plumbing repairs and electrical work.

• Assembles and calibrates machinery or equipment

• Winter months: performs snow shoveling, snow-blowing, snow-plowing, snow removal and sanding to include both hand and mechanical spreading techniques.

• Manages facility sanition and ensures compliance with cleanliness standards; makes general recommendations to improve comfort/aesthetics of facility

• Operates vehicles (sedans, pickups, and vans) and transports passengers, supplies, or materials as necessary.

• Performs and assists experienced employees with maintenance and repairs to items constructed of lumber, concrete, metal and other miscellaneous materials using basic hand and power tools.


  • BS degree in STEM-related field + 5-9 years' experience;

  • 9 years' experience equivalent to any combination of education/experience

  • Ability to apply problem solving methodologies and principles

  • Understanding of IT practices and principles associated with asset management

  • Contractor shall obtain and maintain certifications as required by current versions of AFMAN17-1303, DoDI 8570.01 -M, and other applicable laws and regulations

  • Ability to obtain a U.S. DOD Security Clearance up to the Top Secret level if required.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Active DOD Secret or (STRONGLY preferred) Active DOD Top Secret Clearance
