The position implements actions to improve product & process quality, as well as accelerating and support cultural change efforts aimed at achieving organizational goals.Monitoring and improving productivity, while ensuring all customer commitments are met in a timely, quality and cost-conscious mannerDeveloping and creating training plans to maximize workforce capacity Leading Compliance, as well as Environmental, Health & Safety efforts in support of plant goalsDriving LEAN manufacturing implementationManages staffing levels in order to meet business delivery and cost goalsImproving operating rigor and manufacturing processesCoaching and developing direct reports to improve the culture of the team and siteQuality Specific Goals:Aware of and comply with the Quality Manual, Quality Management System, Quality Management Policy, Quality Goals, and applicable laws and regulations as they apply to this job type/position. Complete all planned Quality & Compliance training within defined deadlines. Identify and report any quality or compliance concerns and take immediate corrective action as required. Maintaining full Quality System Regulation and Current Good Manufacturing Practices requirements Maintaining full regulatory compliance and other legal requirements Knowledge and understanding of production process Work Instructions and operates within them to ensure that a device conforms to its specifications Ensures the creation of accurate, complete and timely records and DHRsWho you areBachelor’s Degree from an accredited university or college with 2 years of production, supply chain experience or leadership, or High School Diploma/GED and 5 years production or supply chain experiencDemonstrated ability to lead and develop teamsDemonstrated ability to identify and implement Best Practices and deal with high levels of ambiguityPhysical Requirements:Frequently move, lift, carry, push or pull weights up to 50 lbs unassisted and occasionally lift/move weights greater than 50 lbs with assistanceFrequently climb stairs and laddersFrequently squat, stoop, kneel, crouch, turn, pivot, and reachFrequently use fingers or hands to grasp, clamp, move, finger, handle and feel small objectsAbility to continuously stand or walkAbility to wear protective equipment including clean room gowning, chemical resistant clothing, safety glasses/gogglesSpecific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust and focus on objectsDesired CharacteristicsMBA or MastersDemonstrated ability to identify & implement best practicesDemonstrated ability to perform with high levels of ambiguityPrior tam leading experienceOMLP/ETLP graduateWho we areWhatever your role, we bring purpose and challenge into our everyday work.
