SUMMARY The Strength Assembly Supervisor is responsible for employee training,organizing the work area,and ensuring employees maintain daily goals. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Will be expected to meet daily cycle time goals Daily duties include quality control,safety,schedule,cost,customer expectations,innovation,and continuous improvement. The Supervisor is responsible to maintain a clean,safe,and productive work environment. The Supervisor will be responsible for employee timesheets and meeting all company requirements. The Supervisor will communicate and work with other department Supervisors to ensure success for the company. Other duties may be assigned. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES Is responsible for the overall direction,coordination,and evaluation of the unit. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS,EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE High school diploma or general education degree (GED) or one to three months related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
