Refresco Production Line Lead - Second Shift in Springville, Utah
Description
Recognize and assign shift resource to best utilize employees’ capabilities to operate equipment and produce a good product in an efficient manner.
Support self-managed work teams capable of making production shift decisions which include elimination of downtime, and improvements in productivity, machine utilization, and safety
Accurate reporting of production data – shift output, waste, inventory, downtime, hours of production and headcount management
Demonstrate leadership through open communication, developing an environment of respect and, trust through professional interaction, feedback and consistent application of policy and procedures.
Responsible for ensuring the quality and integrity of the product based on customer requirements and/or specifications and providing an extra quality check on product being transferred.
Responsible for duplicating and communicating all safety and good manufacturing practices in accordance with company policy as well as all other company policies.
Knowledge of SAP a plus
always Represents the company in a positive manner .
Adheres to company policies and safety requirements as defined.
Must be willing to work in hot and cold temperatures.
While assigned to one shift this person must have the flexibility to work the other shifts as required.
Other duties as assigned by management.
