PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: 1. Ability to supervisor and oversee Production Crew. 2. Ability to work necessary shifts, days, and long hours until the work is finished. 3. Knowledge or willingness to learn products. 4. Willingness to learn operation of cutting equipment. 5. Ability to demonstrate supervisory skills. 6. Ability to work in a refrigerated area. 7. Ability to operate forklift (includes a willingness to learn). 8. Must be dependable and have good attendance history. 9. Strong Communication and Training Skills 10. Ability to work weekends. Rotating days off. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Training and understanding of Top 6 Priorities: Training, Safety, Quality, Yields and Waste, and Productivity. 2. Responsible for supervision of crew and smooth operation orders and production. 3. Responsible for insuring a high level of quality is maintained for customers and consumers. 4. Safe and efficient operation of equipment and crew. 5. Ensure that company policies and specifications are followed. 6. Responsible for working with crew in the performance of their duties and meeting standards. 7. Handle crew training, problems, etc. 8. Ability to complete Production-Supervisor paperwork. 9. Cross train and be able to work on any crew or area. 10. Attend all training meetings as required. 11.
